1) Nimbus, a television production company has bagged the global media
rights for the cricket matches that will be played in India for four
years. Nimbus is a company which doesn't have a channel or telecasts
live matches, but now that they have won the rights, they are free to
hire any company for the job. So it means that we Indian cricket fans
are still no where as far as watching cricket matches goes. We still
have to wait and watch which channel gets the rights and get that
channel at our home to enjoy cricket matches..!!2) Australian captain Ricky Ponting has been accused to using illegal bat in the recent past, when he made plenty of runs. Ricky Ponting has been using a bat made with a mixture of wood and carbon graphite, made by Kookaburra. They have promised to stop making this product with immediate effect. You may be surprised to know that not only Ricky Ponting has been using this bat, but also Srilankan Sanath Jayasuria and Kumar Sangakarra has been using it, and they were amazingly successful with that bat, as they scored plenty of runs in the recently concluded VB series.. A similar matter was seen when Australian Dennis Lillee was found using an all Aluminium bat in 1970s.. ![]() 3) Here is a interesting saying from former Pakistani all rounder Imran Khan - Indian Coach Greg Chappell should coach Pakistani team and Pakistani Coach Bob Woolmer should coach should coach India. Of course he didn't meant the exactly this, but what he was trying to convey that he is unable to understand the tactics Bob Woolmer has employed in the ODI series.. whereas he liked the ideas that Greg Chappell is using with the Indian Team..
