Cricket administrators aim to dig roots inside countries that don't preciously play the game. Sharjah, then Toronto then Kinrara and (a few in between,)now Belfast in Ireland will host major International teams as a neutral venue. Name : Civil Service ground, Stormont. Address : Upper Newtownards Road, Belfast (BT4 3TA) in Ireland. a 15 min drive from the city airport of Belfast. Used for : many indore & outdoor games. Cricket is one of them. Tele phone : 028 9076 3325, 9052 0403 Founded : as long before as in 1949. Capacity : 5,000 Name of ends : Dundonald & City  ends.Till today - only one one day international has been played here, an Ireland vs England fixture last June. Plenty of runs (302 + 266) were produced with record breaking spectators (7,500 they said) watching it. Although Australia declined to adjust Ireland into their schedule, same amount of runs can be expected when India and South Africa play here.
