English cricket season starts early in the month of May. untill late July, they host two International teams..

Caribbean cricket schedule is from March to May, hosting two top quality cricketing sides. Proteas act as host nation from December to January.. but when does India see cricket on home soil?? never, or more accurately - whenever our team is home, and someone free to adjust a tour. BCCI needs to invitation to send an invitation.

Not the case with Australia though. From late late October to early February - two full test series against best of opposition, and then a long trination series is what Aussie cricket fans always get. each year.. and this year - its India & Srilanka's turn.

Following is the date wise list of matches India will play in Australia, from November onwards. 'India tour of Australia' contains 4 test matches (Border Gawaskar trophy) and then Commonwealth Bank Triseries in 2008, with Srilanka as third team. In between, an India vs Australia KFC twenty20 International will be played at Melbourne. Note the date - 1st of February.

For those who may have forgot - Indian team had their moments in last test series downunder, and drew the it 1-1. what happens to this tour - we'll soon find out.
