John Embury said "Indian players will burn out due to excessesive cricket BCCI has planned for them in coming 2 years", as he parted ways from Indian coaching job.

Not that Indian board would have selected Embury, but Englishman made his point in just few words. Team India do play enormous cricket in coming 15 months, so fun time for Cricket fans in India has just arrived, which very well can turn out the end of several hero's we've had in last two decades.

But the show must go on..

Things start at Belfast, where Future Cup will be fought with Proteas. India also play an One Day International against Ireland team, on 23rd June (Saturday). Then a Prince Charls Charity match against Pakistan on 3rd July, then a 5 ODI series against England after the test series = 2 squads announced yesterday. The Indian test squad for England tour 2007 has 16 players, whereas one day Squad is complied of just 15 members. Robin Singh - the fielding coach & Venkatesh Parsad - bowling coach, has been given an year contract.

The missing names : Certain Irfan Pathan with curley hair, Munaf Patel with smart smile, Virendra Sehwag with no styling gel advertisement & poor underperforming Harbhajan Singh are left out, for the newer, fitter & hungry cricketers.

My take : Squads don't matter. Pack as much artillery as you want, if you don't know how to fire them ~ no use.
